My experiences

Today  I am going to share my experiences I have gained while organizing  ,conducting  teachers training,Parents seminar ,counseling students, teachers  and parents from different schools of our country.

1   Parents are happy to send their children in cemented building school.

2   One of the student was forcing his parents to see the changes I have made in his      class.

3   Principal do not like teachers doing extra activities  as well as pasting pictures on the wall .

4 Few teachers said that they have done all those activities and teaching method but we forgot now.

5 Male teachers from senior grades treat me as I have gone there for paper cutting ,singing dacing for small children.

6 Teachers  do not have time to do extra activities ,collect teaching materials and make lesson plan .They are busy in giving and checking classwork and homework.

7 some teachers say that  parents don’t like their kids engage in innovative project works which is not important for exam .This method doesn't work in our school .It is for big schools in Kathmandu .

8 Some Principles are scared of parents they told teachers to give lot of homework to make them happy.

9  While observing class I saw teacher read out from the book and tell them to read one by one so that teacher can give homework and check them.I expectthem to teach with story telling  and giving real examples but they are unaware of that .

10 In every school many student come near to me and tell please come to our class tomorrow .They have lot of expectations from me because I give them story book  to read and enjoy picture ,They can draw, paint and play some games.

I f this is the situation it will take more than decades to make change all over. But still trying to give my best to use innovative Pedagogy in every classroom.Using water bottle teacher can teach colour ,size, heavy light, environment pollution, artand craft ,reuse and recycle and so on .

The 5Es are an instructional model encompassing the phases Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate, steps which educators have traditionally taught students to move through in phases. First, instructors open a lesson with an activity or question meant to  engage  students, snag their interest, and offer the opportunity for them to share what they already know on the subject. This phase might include helping them make connections between their preexisting knowledge base and the new ideas that will come down the pipeline in the lesson or unit. Many educators use traditional KWL charts, in which students list what they already know and what they want to learn during this step. At the end of the lesson, students go back to this chart to list what they learned. After engage comes  explore , in which students carry out hands-on activities. Through their experiments or other interactions with the material, they deepen their understanding of the content. On...
